This new Presage model celebrates Seiko’s 145th anniversary with a cobalt-blue dial made from Arita porcelain.

The second series of Limited Edition watches honouring Seiko’s 145th anniversary incorporates blue accents inspired by ‘Seiko Blue’. Seiko Blue, which was introduced in the 1960s and has been further refined over time, is forever closely linked to Seiko’s brand identity.

This new model is distinguished by an Arita porcelain dial finished with cobalt blue enamel. This colour, traditional to Arita porcelain, is now being used for the first time in a Presage design. The radiant pattern at the centre of the dial emphasises the subtle colour transitions created by the cobalt-blue enamel. The refined interplay between the raised and recessed surfaces beautifully highlights the transparency and depth of the enamel.

The watch features a newly designed case that emphasises the depth and sense of space of the Arita porcelain dial and is perfectly in keeping with the understated elegance of the Seiko Presage Classic Series. The dual-curved sapphire crystal lends the watch a balanced and refined profile. The strap is crafted from high-quality leather sourced from tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group.
