EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Under the Economic Relations Act (CEL), you have 14 calendar days to return the product. This doesn't mean you can use the product extensively, but it does mean that after a brief inspection, you may decide it was purchased incorrectly or by mistake. Custom-made products or products with a clearly personalized character are excluded from the right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be returned.

For online purchases through our website (www.tensen.be), you have 14 calendar days to return your purchased products in accordance with the Economic Law Code (CEL) (described above). Within this period, you may inspect, assess, and/or try on the item, unless otherwise stated (also known as the right of withdrawal).

Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check whether the correct item has been delivered and whether the package and the item are undamaged and complete. If you notice this is not the case, please inform us as soon as possible by phone (+32 (0)3 231 98 98) or email (info@tensen.be). After 14 calendar days, the right of withdrawal expires and returns will no longer be accepted.

If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return or exchange it.

The following conditions must be met:

1. The 14-day return period must not be exceeded.
2. The item is not personalized or custom-designed.
3. The buyer is fully responsible for the costs and costs of returns. Although rare, packages can be lost by B-Post or other courier services. If you sent the package by registered mail, you are insured and will be reimbursed in case of loss.

Items that cannot be returned:

● Items that are personalized and/or engraved. ● Custom-made items, such as wedding rings.
● Custom-made items.

You will receive a completed returns form that you must include in the package.

Please clearly indicate whether you wish to return or exchange the item.

After receiving your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. In the case of an exchange, the desired item will be sent to you (provided it is in stock and the cost is calculated). If the desired item is currently out of stock, you will be notified. In the case of a refund, the transaction will be processed by the payment provider used (Ingenico ePayments or iDeal).
